The harmful effect of evil eye.. take care!!

Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him)
as saying: The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything
would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil
eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the
influence of an evil eye, you should take bath.(sahih Muslim)

What is an evil eye?How does it effect in someone?if someone had gotten harmful effect of evil eye by other one,how can he do?

the answers in the link I give u,but I have a simple advice:
If u see something that attract u and u miss it or see someone has a grace that u need,wish and cannot get it ,do not forget to say (Masha' Allah tbark Allah) and pray to Allah to be blessed on him and on what he has even ur eye does not harm him and Allah grant u what u desire...:)
